Bituin

I am so over the moon that I found Bituin last year! I joined on a fortnightly subscription where I get a thoughtful and always beautiful bunch of flowers delivered to my door and I haven’t looked back. The owner, Lana, is big on sustainability so she suggested we start a vase swap so that she doesn’t have to use any paper or packaging. She is also aways open to my suggestions for colour schemes or anything I’m feeling which is such a bonus! Love supporting this local business and the flowers bring a smile to my face every day I walk downstairs and see them.

Bituin did all of the florals for our wedding in March, and we have to say - if you are reading this to figure out if you should go with Bituin for your wedding (or next event), just do it. We can't reiterate it enough.From the beginning of the planning process, Lana provided advice and tips on how to get our wedding day to meet our vision, and it was well exceeded on the actual day. She was always available to go over any questions/concerns we had during planning, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. As stressful as a wedding day can be, the florals were not on our mind AT ALL the day of, as we just knew we were in good hands. From delivering the bridal party bouquets, to setting up the venue, to nailing the colour palette we wanted.... the only word I can use to describe Bituin's work is perfect". Stop thinking about it

Beautiful doesn't even begin to describe Bituin flowers! What I love most, besides the company's amazing passion for sustainability, is the personal touch she brings to each order. Lana (owner) really takes the time to understand what you're looking for, and in the end it becomes like a partnership. You work together to create your desired arrangement, making the whole process fun and special. She helped make this lovely birthday picnic feel beautiful and elegant with these white arrangements. Would 1000% buy again!

I ordered my wedding bouquet and decoration with Bituin. I ordered native Australian flower. It was perfect and really beautiful. Lana is s very professional person and she is helpful. I ordered additional flower last minute and she still replied my message late at night and delivered the flower arrangement the next day. I really recommend to use Bituin for your special day.

Huge thank you to Lana from Bituin.I came to her with little more than a Pinterest board of inspiration. From there, she worked with me to design the perfect arrangements for my big day. All flowers were fresh, expertly wrapped and picture perfect.I could not fault Bituin’s service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a Melbourne-based (and talented!) florist.

LOVED my bridal flowers. I ordered 1 bridal bouquet, 3 smaller ones for the bridesmaids and 6 boutonnieres for the guys, plus fresh flowers for the cake. They were perfect and Lana was so accommodating to what I wanted and my last minute changes and additions! She has did an amazing job and there is absolutely nothing I would change about how they looked on the day. They arrived perfect and they stayed that way all night. Great service and kept me up to date and stress free before me wedding

We ordered flowers online for our dear friend’s daughter to be wed. It was a special occasion and we wanted a timely & beautiful delivery. We did add a note to Bituin, stating the same. Lana needs a special mention and a BIG Thank You. She communicated with us & went above and beyond to make sure that the wonderful floral arrangement was delivered well before Bituin’s official delivery time. Yes, there are other florists, but Bituin’s customer service and breathtakingly beautiful flowers have made us customers for life.

I receive a fortnightly flower delivery/subscription from Bituin and it always brightens up my week. Bituin have been extemely generous with adjusting delivery times and I really appreciate all the little personal touches. Asking my favourite flower/colour arrangement, my vase size to make sure I don't need to do any unnecessary trimming, and always writing a little card with inspiration for the arrangement. It's really been lovely and I do recommend them for anyone in the greater Melbourne area.
