Such a purposeful and targeted remedial massage. Each time I leave Treat my body is significantly relieved from tension as Naoko listens to what you want and focuses on specific areas with a solid anatomical understanding. Clean and calming massage room.

Naoko is absolutely wonderful! I incorporate remedial massage along with physiotherapy and exercise to help with my ongoing arthritis pain and her massages are amazing - the best I’ve found in Adelaide! Great musical playlists as well ;) Super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, Naoko is a brilliant masseuse and I can’t wait until my next appointment!

Absolutely loved this remedial massage. Naoko has such a wonderful touch and is naturally born to be a great masseuse, but also uses her professional training. She gets into all of the right spots and I can't wait to go back! I felt amazing afterwards and so refreshed.

Naoko has a thorough knowledge of anatomy, trigger points and remedial massage - and she now provides dry needling to complement the massage services! After a couple of dry needling sessions on some troublesome spots my shoulder has returned to full flexibility and mobility. Great remedial massage and dry needling. Thanks Naoko!

Naoko may be the best masseuse I have ever been to! This was my second visit and it just confirmed my first impressions. She finds all your problem ares and thoroughly works ares that are troubling you. Sooo good!
