Landsborough Vet Surgery

Seriously good vet, as good as it gets where vets are concerned, I wish my Doctor was as good

Really upset that incompetence was responsible for my beloved pet’s passing. Upset that the dog showed all the symptoms of a snake bite but the vet on duty insisting it was toad poisoning (dog was completely paralyzed and frothing profusely at the mouth) even after we said we had sighted snakes in the vicinity in recent days. Worse still a blood sample was supposedly too hard to extract. Consequently my beloved pet suffered for 5 more days before passing, and that experience cost me a whopping $2000+ bill. Will never set foot in that establishment ever again or recommend them to anyone.

Landsborough vet surgery is paws down the best vet I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They're kind, excellent with animals, well priced and thorough. I've been attending their surgery since long before it was moved and travel quite a distance to see them. I won't take my beloved pets anywhere else. I have difficulty trusting most vets and know Landsborough only ever has best interests in mind for myself and my non-human family members.

I actually like this vet and its staff most of the time, but pretty unimpressed as my dog is extremely unwell over an ear infection but they won't see her today as it's emergencies only, my pooch is in severe pain, shes scratched so much lastnight that shes torn her ear up (Bleeding) and i said all of this to the vets...... so no.. Im not overly ecstatic with this vet at the moment, would take 10 mins to be seen, quite shocked that they would let a animal be in pain for a pro longed amount of time. Pretty discusting in my opinion. Its not like its a busy day (There only seeing emergencys) Youd think severe pain and tremering would be enough to let her be seen, but obviously not. So i called north coast vet, they told me to bring her straight in as she was obviously in pain, this gives me the impression that some vet care more about people's pets than others. Pretty disgusting if you ask me.

Best experience for our dog today. The vet and staff were caring and even gave our dog her pre med whilst she was with my husband.Great communication and would highly recommend.

Cancer surgery for my darling doggo went smooth. They're informative, professional and when needed, supportive. Can't speak of them highly enough. They even give a good shave!Thanks guys! My Sky girl is on the mend faster than I imagined. XO

This has to be the most caring and compassionate vet practice on the sunshine coast. I have used this vet for all my doggy distress and happiness for the last 10 years. They gave me calls to check up on my pooch gemma" after been in the surgery just to see how she was progressing. Thank you team."

This vet is wonderful. Twice now under an emergency circumstance they have accommodated our pets despite being fully booked and me calling that morning or simply showing up on their doorstep not sure what to do. Dr Toms calm demeanour when we showed up panicked about our dog eating rat bait really made us feel better, not only that he was seeing another pet at the time. Just yesterday Dr Althea looked after our second dog after she injured herself during a storm, again despite being fully booked. She cared for and performed surgery on our pup in between treating other pets. Thank you all for looking after our best friends, we are speechless regarding the service you have provided us and to top it all off the price at the end was half what I was expecting. You are all amazing and we won't take our pets anywhere else.
