Nora is extremely knowledgable in her practice. I've been going to her for a few months now as I had issues with laser and needed electrolysis as a permanent hair removal solution. I've gone to quite a few different places but no one is as fast and as thorough as Nora is.With laser, i've had my face pre-cooled, disinfected and everything done at my own pace. Compared to other places, here was the most comfortable and the fastest results.With my electrolysis, Nora provided me all the information on how to ensure my treatment goes as painless as possible. She constantly checks up on you to make sure it doesn't hurt too much and keeps the area clean. If she's working on hair removeal on the face, she even gives you a hand mirror so you can see her work too!The establishment is absolutely spotless too! Everything is completely disinfected and spotless! I've never seen a cleaner establishment for hair removeal.If you need to get anything done, I cannot recommend a better place. I am a client and friend of the late Mike Bono, someone who could be considered a father of electrolysis. Mike unfortunately got sick and was no longer able to treat me but out of his kindness recommended Norah. For Norah to be recommended by Mike speaks a lot of her character, knowledge and aptitude in the field. Mike wouldn’t easily recommend an electrologist without having vetted them, their quality of work and their knowledge. In turn, I went to see Norah for three days to clear the remaining hair on my back and shoulders. What I can say is that she is adept, knowledgeable, caring and above all thorough. Norah cleared every hair in the area, including the ones you can’t necessarily see with the naked eye. This is what you want from an electrologist and in my opinion we have struck gold having Norah here in Australia. Mike would be very happy to know there are still electrologist around with such skill and care. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to permanently remove hair.
