Bay City Holden and HSV

Told me I needed new brakes. 600 dollars. Went to another reputable place and was told my brakes would last another year. Thanks k mart tyre and auto.

They left our car parked overhanging a ledge? Luckily my husband noticed or I would have damaged the car - not impressed... They also never wash your car although they promise they will. My husband drives his Holden once every 3 weeks to have chemotherapy. They phoned today regarding this bad review? No apology, no thanks for patronising this business just to argue that the car had been washed? My husband offered to take his car down for them to inspect - but they declined. We shall never be using this business again!

I left a car for a little problem, service and to repair the tyre. The problem has been fixed properly, service done and tyre forgot in the trunk. Very expensive and waste of my time cause I organised the tyre with somebody else and took me few extra days.

I have brought my car in twice and both times have delt with Daniel, he is really postive and very easy to talk to. I will recommend him to a lot of people as i found him extremely helpful and he seems like he cares alot about the customers experience and everything is very reasonable priced. To whom it may concern!The tail lights on my VE HSV Senator were replaced about 3 years ago at Bayside Holden because of the faded reflectors. I'm very grateful for that.I understand they come with a 2 year warranty. I brought the car back to you because the reflectors on the new tail lights faded again, but you refused to fix them. This is not my fault or doing. Tail lights work perfect but the dye on the reflectors is fading. This is a Manufacturing fault and a faulty item. It's not as if I broke them. I would like for you to reconsider looking at this situation. HSV products of this caliber and quality should not be losing their colour in just over two years. This car is always garaged and not left out in the open.Passenger side tail light is still good and held its colour but the driver side has turned from red to completely white reflectors.the car looks lopsided and embarrassing to drive.put yourself in the customers shoes. Would you accept this if it was your car?Please reconsider!!.Thank YOU!Alex

The customer service area felt unwelcoming. The person who greeted me was too intent on drinking coffee (not actually doing anything) rather than warmly greeting me. My fixed price service was $80 over, The car was an hour later than the time they said it would be ready. No apology when I picked it up. I will not be returning to Bay City Holden.
