the staff here are really helpful and friendly plus the food is delicious and fresh.. they also know how to make a coffee which some other muffin break franchises are not so good at.. you can often smell the muffins baking as youre round that area of the center... love it..

Overcharged me when I said I wanted a small coffee. Coffee was too hot and watery. Go elsewhere in Karrinyup, there's lots of other places.

Good coffee. Got a Flat White from this place. It was a Regular but it was a large cup and it cost 5.10 which seemed reasonable

Good strong coffee, coffee you can taste, not a milk shake, muffin extra fresh, will go there again when at Karrinyup. Staff efficient and friendly.

Rudest shop assistant I have ever encountered. being a tourist and not knowing the coins, I gave the young woman my change, her reply was, do you want me to count this? I said I could, but would take ages, as would have to put my glasses on to see each coin. She rudely and grudgingly counted it, and I was planning to pay the rest by cash flow card..... But No we can't split payment types it's all cash or all card. So gave her a $10 note, she then couldn't work out what to do... I told her to give me the extra coins back to round things off. The dirty look that went with that! Seriously, don't they train shop staff, and the rudeness was the worst!If you want a Fawlty Towers experience go here.Rudeness is down to an art here.The Vanilla slice looked lovely, pity the staff were not the same. Shame.

Rude told my 4 year old and 8 year old to go stay away from there seating area we were the only people sitting there
