F45 Training Tamworth

F45 Tamworth is the place to be. All the staff are so welcoming and helpful, from helping with your form on each station or changing it up the exercise to suit your needs or just to cheer you on. Every day is a different class, meaning you won't get board. The class times suit my changing shift times and fit easily in to my schedule. You will be hooked from your first class. Such a welcoming place for all body types and fitness levels.

I've been to a few different F45s across NSW and this one has been the best! They are so friendly, attentive with training and overall it has a great vibe. Definitely reccommend!

I had my doubts whether this gym was for me but I have been pleasantly surprised. I felt welcomed and not judged not only by the trainers but by other members as well. Great work outs. Absolutely loving it.

Best Gym and fitness training centre I’ve ever been to. All the trainers are well experienced and always make effort to remember my name and make me feel comfortable all the time.Members at F45 training are encouraged and get motivated by trainers on the floor to do the training in the right direction. “You never feel bored to do workout here”. Everyday is a new challenge for my own fitness.Not only that here at F45, they also have A Trainer with a nutritionist qualification which is a bigggg bonus. Members can get a consult easily and the price is very affordable. Learned a lot of new things about my own nutrition and still learning.Lastly best, best and the best training for people of all levels. Highly recommended.Thank You to all the trainers who helped, helping and will help me with my fitness training journey.

My kids (high school)wanted a structured gym environment to keep them healthy(they are runners). They have moved towns, so we had to search for the right place. They love F45, both for the fitness challenge and the other like minded people they meet.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Great workouts and amazing staff that are more than happy to help you. Can’t recommend it enough!

Whenever I am visiting Tamworth, whether it be during the holiday period or not, I always jump into a class at f45Tamworth. There is always room for me to join in on a class. Great atmosphere, plenty of equipment, friendly and encouraging trainers and welcoming community.

I joined F45 because I wanted to work on my fitness and have the motivation of a group fitness environment. During my first session everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The group instructors made an effort to know and remember my name. The workouts are good and you know exactly what is expected of you. It’s a great environment for people of all levels of fitness.
