Ordered on Menulog. Two hours later still no delivery and when contacted them for an update they left me on hold for 10 minutes and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. Sounded annoyed when I asked for a refund and refused to give me one. Wouldn’t tell me what happened to my order. Worst customer service in Wagga.

Management need to put more staff on. Orders used to be delievered under 30min. This is the 2nd time we have ordered delivery recently and both times we have had to call up and ask where our food is. Both times they have said it is just about to be put in the oven". Clearly the order has been missed.45min after that call

The crust itself was underwhelming topping was not completed well. The locals obviously enjoy this place but for the price point I have had much better pizza. Further the order was supposed to have included cheesy garlic bread but regular garlic bread was given instead. So I would describe this out of towner experience as not really up to scratch. Not worth my time to go back about the garlic bread. With the business name of Crust I was expecting a wholly good effort. But it disappointed.

Ordered at 6:30 for 7:30 delivery, with kids pizza included. Now past my child’s bed time and way past dinner time & yet we are still waiting for our meal. 2 hrs later

5 stars go to the lady who was running the board tonight. admist phones going off the hook, Online orders piling in, and food app delivery persons queuing 3 deep. The ladies on the line got slammed tonight when I was there around 630. But cool calm amd professional. Give the young lady supervising the board of tickets a raise.

Very poor experience, ordered pizza and said pick up time was 40 minutes gave an hour just to be safe and they hadn’t even started making my food, paid an extra surcharge aswell, make sure you leave an extra 30 minutes more than they say.

Crust Pizza Wagga Wagga
Ordered at 7:11pm and at 9pm called up to see why it was taking so long. The person on the phone told me the pizza was sitting there already made but they were just trying to find a driver. The pizza came at 9:23pm and it was tasty once I got over the thought of it sitting there for 2 hours.
