I have been doing 1:1 breath practice with Hannah for nearly a year now and I could not recommend her enough. She always puts a lot of thought into programming her sessions and her calming and positive energy is infectious. My weekly breath sessions with Hannah have helped with my mental health through multiple lockdowns and significantly changed how I engage my breath during high impact gym workouts.
