Should preferably change delivery carriers so doesn't take a ridiculously long time to deliver. I know they'll blame Covid, but this is the only company that hasn't delivered before Christmas. Main Christmas present for my partner due to arrive nearly two weeks after ordering, and will not have for Christmas. I have had parcels arrive from UK in quicker time! Not good enough frankly.
