Service was good but $346 to replace the down button for our roller door is pretty steep for a 10 min job ( not emergency call out ). Probably won't use them again.

Been trying to get our door repaired for over a week now, Spoke to Jessica? in the office twice and on both occasions she told me she would give me a call back in 5-10 minutes. Ive emailed, called, sent photos and still nothing. Highly recommend not using thompsons roller doors.

Made an emergency call late one arvo after hitting my door with my forklift. They sent one of their guys out after-hours to secure my building the same day so I could go home. I needed some new parts which they were able to replace a couple of days later. Overall great service, recommend them to get the job done well.

Never ever deal with this company, Charged my card for almost $800 dollars for a roller door repair that had nothing to do with me. A contractor hit it not me Thompsons, just because i asked for the Invoice does not mean its mine, i just passed it on ! Thieves.........

I have called the Service Desk four times, sent emails etc ... They promise to call me back - nothing. Never get calls back. Don't bother - try and find someone else who will do your job.

Got locked in a carpark by a hardware store worker too eager to get home early, the only number visible anywhere was Thompson's on the roller door controls. Jake from Thompson's was super helpful over the phone, giving guidance to enable getting the shutter door up manually, and was ready to get in the car and come from Penrith to Randwick to assist if we couldn't get sorted. Super thankful for his help!

Stay away from this mob as they give misleading advise from non technical employees then take your credit card details and charge un-authorized.Then when you speak to them they hang up and don't return call. Dodgy company.
