Beautiful venue with a great bakery. This place is a great one stop shop to see some animals, have a nice stroll around the farm and grab something to eat. High recommend.

Great place to visit. It's definitely worth checking out when in Byron. Add this place to your to do list. The animals are in very large pens to roam around in, the chickens have large sleeping sheds, it was fun to find and crack open macadamia nuts.

What a wonderful surprise to see this quaint, multi-faceted gem. I loved to walk amongst the macadamia trees, watch the groups of children being taught about the bees, shop in the nursery and florist and later dine in the restaurant before buying some goodies for home. Phew !Filled my cup )))

Love visiting. Lots of animals that we were lucky to feed with the workers, a lot of fresh produce and a great restaurant. We walked along the farm, cracked open macadamia nuts and there was lots of space for kids to run and play. There's also a florist, small playground and gelato stand. Love our visits!

Great to walk around! There's a lot to see and then the food is sublime, especially the bakery.

Hmmm Not an easy place to review. I stopped here twice on my way to and back from Port Macquarie. It’s conveniently located close to the Pacific Highway and only 1 hr and 40 minutes (150 km) from Brisbane.Several options for shopping or food and drink are on offer. Worms and seedlings for example. Yet another is focussed on dairy. There’s a bread and pastry counter and also a coffee stop. Tons of beer and wine from the tap to enjoy in the garden or table service in the restaurant. It’s just not pushing any of my buttons. None of the wines or beers tickle my fancy, neither does the menu. The herb gardens don’t come close to my old ones when I lived on property. And the colonial metaphor is an acquired taste. Tin plates and so on. I’m not sure if that matches the price tag. It all borders to a commercial touristy formula with the prime aim to make money. And then the birds feasting on the scraps left behind on the garden tables…..That being said, many may simply love this experience. It certainly is great to have a place to restore (restaur-ant) along the Pacific Highway.

Extremely disappointing they don't have solutions for the Ibis birds roaming the restaurant, food was placed on the table whilst I was holding a baby, then within 1 minute the bird in the image below flew onto the table and snatched the bacon and egg from the breakfast burger. How can you expect people to pay a premium price to have their meal stolen by the unmanaged wild life!! WASTE OF $19 and upsetting as the rest of the venue seemed nice. After this I then decided to forget about the burger and order a coffee, this then took 25 minutes as the baristas seemed to be joking around and not focused on their roles, two other people ditched their coffee order and they gave them away to other customers..As locals were probably not going to go back after this experience, especially the staff not caring about what happened.

The farm walk through the market garden and sunflowers was a great experience, lush spongey grass with sheep and pigs to chat to. See pics. The nursery and plant store look great, as is the bakery and produce store inside. So much to choose from. The area for kids with the scarecrows is looking a bit tired and could be updated with a fresh tshirt and clothing for them. Was curious and concerned as to why chickens were locked away in the chicken tractor on what was becoming a very warm day. Looks like some fencing needed to be fixed around it, we were thinking the chook situ may have been stressful.

Nice setting, nice staff, nice concept. Unfortunately, coffee and food on the day made this a three star. Coffee was burnt, food was tough to cut with blunt knives, lastly we ordered a 'panini breakfast roll' (as one of us is one handed, we thought it would be the easiest thing to eat on the menu) unfortunately when it arrived instead of a panini roll it was a normal bap round bun with everything stuffed in which meant the person struggled to eat it. Please change the wording on your menu to stop confusing in the future
