We had a fantastic lunch here on Easter Monday. The staff were very friendly and down-to-earth. The meals were huge, great value for money, and extremely tasty! They came out quickly and can not be faulted. Lots of GF options and a kids area. Definitely recommend.

Had 9 people there for a birthday dinner. They took orders for half of the table and closed the kitchen halfway through the table order despite us all standing as a group at the counter. How utterly ridiculous!!! 4 out of 9 of us at a birthday dinner had leave without eating. and to make it even worse the service manager was extremely rude with no empathy. How about if your kitchen has a very hard shut off at 7.55pm let people know before accepting a table booking for 9 people at 7.30.

Great little pub which is absolutely spotless from top to bottom, mix of local patron's and tourists who are all very friendly. Fantastic bistro, most meals under $20, hand the best steak sandwich ever.

The staff were very friendly, fun and very helpful. Fast service, the food was phenomenal. The oysters were a meal on their own like on steroids and full of flavour. The chicken was on roids too and beautifully cooked. The lemon, lime and bitters, was very well made. Was a great first experience there. Will be back when we visit again from Brisbane.Only small issue which didn't change things, was perhaps a small sign to say platter for 2 wasn't available. Then we could have chosen straight away and not had to line up again.

Friendly, helpful staff, meals arrive quickly, live music on Sundays and love the food. Regular patrons and have never had a bad meal or service. Favourite place to dine in the area !

I think we should become official pub reviewers - because the meals at this pub were incredible! Best schnitzel we have ever had (and we’ve had a few …) , great prices and friendly staff. We were tourists in a small country town and they made us feel like locals. Highly rate!!!
