Warehouse staff is very rude and disrespectful

one man John, is very racist and two faced person. The place prefers brown nosers rather than good honest workers.

This company supplies to Priceline. My online experience was via online with Priceline, however since there were issues with the supplier, I am reviewing API Limited and their customer service (or lack of).I placed an order on Priceline on the 08/08/2019 and paid for it immediately. Products ordered were Sukin products:1x Hydrating Shampoo (1L)1x Hydrating Conditioner (1L)1x Natural Balance Shampoo (1L)1x Natural Balance Conditioner (1L)2x Blemish Control Toner (125ml)I received email confirmation immediately, just like most online purchases.On the 13/08/2019 I did not receive any notifications or an update on the Priceline website as to the status of my items (dispatch or not). Neither did I receive the tracking number when I checked on my online account so I contacted Priceline via their Contact Us" page enquiring as to the whereabouts/status of my items. I waited with no replies until the 15/08/2019 when I received an SMS by Australian Post that my item would be arriving today from "API Dandenong DC". As I was not expecting anything else in the post

Rhonda shouldn't be a trainer at all!! She doesn't have the patience to train a new trainee, what do you expect only 3 days of training she want you to know all the location on zone 60 ,its only been my 2nd time using trolley to pick on that zone, she just so quick to judge!!!! And then ask you to not coming back. The feedback was they said that i’m too slow, during my 3 days of training i never pick wrong quantity and order.!! Beware of the afternoon shift trainer name rhonda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Toxic place to work. Management hellbent on KPIs rather than accurate efficient workers.Avoid a forklift driver called John, very racist and two faced person. The place prefers brown nosers rather than good honest workers.

I temporary worked for API and I didn't see any wrong with this company policy and behavior of stuff.

Huge place. Great location to have as a Job. I've worked on both shifts am and pm through the years, I'm still working at this place since 2006 as a simple warehouse worker. Place has fantastic staff across full-timers,casuals, and part-timers. Multicultural friendly environment. Good work ethics, the good spirt of the place always crushes the negativity. The duties are fun and easy to learn. Multiple different areas to work in the huge warehouse to make the Job interesting. Good facilities, warm positive atmosphere. Place is one of a kind. Probably no other place like it in Australia.......
