Asked for a straight razor for my dome, I have gotten it done before somewhere else with no dramas. Dude proceeded to leave multiple cuts on my head, he tried vigorously to rub my head down with alcohol to clean the blood which was very painful and not worth paying $25. Dude gave me a 5 dollar discount, but my head as we speak still looks red and bloodied. Honestly, he should of paid me for the damages.

Didn’t get what I asked for and charged $25 to do a size 3 over my 4 year old sons head! He has a mullet so not even the whole head. Never again. Should listen to your customers & not do whatever you want.

So I was getting my hair cut and he kept going on his phone and not paying attention to where he was cutting and ended up cutting my hair too short and also not straight and they were also rude making fun of me in there own language so if you go there make sure to be prepared to be made fun of

The barber rushed my sons haircut, didn’t listen to the instructions although he agreed on what he wanted beforehand and did a terrible job. The other guys are great but this “barber” left patches, crooked fade line and the fade job was terrible. This guy needs some serious training. Not happy at all.

The best haircut experience I have had while being in Australia. The barbers are skilled and very engaging to their customers. I have had haircuts at other shops where the experience was not satisfying. Eli cut my hair and gave me the full barbershop treatment I was expecting. Whenever in South Penrith , looking for a cut. This is your place. You leave out feeling like a new man. Thanks for the great service guys. #1 barbers in South Penrith Hands down!!!

Usually they do a good job but this time my haircut was done hurredly. The guy didn't even bother to brush off the leftover hair, dry my hair off, or shave my neck. They only offer paying by card if you ask (it's hidden in a drawer) and sometimes when you do the EFTPOS machines down at the moment" even though another customer paid by card about 30 seconds before."

These guys are great and looked after me really well. Being a bald guy I'm very selective with who will take a blade to my head, but I always finish with a great job, and it definitely gets noticed by my co-workers. Thanks Sam and Ellias!

I asked for a razor fade. The guy on the left messed up my line up. Cut the edges off. I'm growing my beard and he trimmed the edge. They don't listen when you talk. That's the biggest issue. Ended up having to razor my head completely.
