Recently went there, after throwing in the towel with repco. Rickets had great service. Were happy to get the parts at the price I wanted. Didn't insist on brand new parts. Car felt like it had a rebuild after. Definitely did the hard yards here to getting it running tiptop. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this Mechanic for a long time now and they have never failed. They do everything right, consult with you of issues in the vehicle, whether you want it to be fixed or not and they will advise options for you too. The workshop is very clean and tidy, the owner is legit and never fails on customer service. Highly recommend this place. I only started using Richetts Auto Centre recently as they are close to my place of work. Every time the service has been impeccable. What i've asked for is what i have got, and they have always consulted with me when other issues have been found and in cases where i have insisted, have shown me what they will be doing (when i didn't know what it was that needed to be done). And on the recent work they advised 12 month warranty on labour and parts. I have received another car, and am going through the RWC process at the moment, they picked up what i needed to get done to pass, and advised of my options on how to fix them. Anything i was able to fix i did, and they advised they would help with the rest. competitive quotes, and quality work. Clean and organised workshop.
