Love my classes with Kate. Have achieved significant improvements since joining Rejuvenate in January. Just two classes a week have helped me achieve muscle tone and weight loss goals (as well as helping me keep sane) leading up to my wedding in May. Getting back into it after being away on honeymoon and a month off. Have rarely felt better!

I joined Rejuvenate Pilates Caloundra two years ago to try and improve my fitness level and movement prior to having my second knee replacement. I had a full assessment with Emily at the Caloundra studio and commenced Pre Pilates classes twice a week. I struggled initially but Emily was always so supportive and continued to encourage me even though my movement was limited. Two years on I am attending 3 classes a week. I have lost weight. I am fitter than I have ever been and have improved muscle tone and movement. Everyone is so supportive. We encourage each other and also laugh alot. Emily, Toni, Wendy and Derrick are amazing instructors.It has been life changing for me.

Staff were very welcoming, great energy & fun. I booked a level 1 class & think a level 2 would have best suited me with a reasonable fitness, I was looking for something a little more challenging. I was in the area on holiday and I hope to return. Thankyou ❤️

It was so easy to sign up, the staff are so friendly and always available by phone or email. I have been to 5 classes so far and loved every one of them, the instructors are knowledgeable and make it fun. Great place for reformer Pilates!!

Rejuvenate Cotton Tree are a friendly and very professional team. The ladies definitely know their stuff. Thoroughly enjoy my Pilates sessions with them, it’s helped me so much with my back and overall fitness. It’s easier on my body than the gym but the resultsare equally as good
