Local Pools installed our pool 2 years ago, since then we have continued to deal with them. Recently we contacted Renee regarding pool heating, with no fuss the heater was organised and as a true indication of their dedication to their customers, Justin and Renee completed the install on a Sunday!2 years after install,  the pool is still perfect!  We have the infloor cleaning system and have never had to vaccum or clean the pool manually.If you're looking for a company that focuses on and truly understands what customer service is, then you can't go passed Local Pools!Thanks Local Pools team!

I cannot fault Local Pools. It has been a 12 out of 10 experience. 12 because I think they went beyond what you would expect. From the friendly and helpful staff right through to the owners Justin and Renee. Our experience from the start very start when we first met their Rep right through to the eventual handover and instructions from Justin has been nothing short of perfect. Having never owned a pool I was clueless but they were always patient and helpful whenever we had any questions or needed guidance.Today I told Justin that I was really glad we went with Local Pools and I meant it. Great company, great team and a great product.

Justin, Renee and the team at Local Pools are amazing!We had a difficult block with no access. Several competitors came out, took one look at our site, and just walked away – not even interested in helping or quoting! Local Pools were the complete opposite! Renee organized their hardworking excavator Aaron to come and view our site before proceeding. We are so thankful they took on our difficult job – 12 days of constant drilling into a huge rock shelf. They worked their butts off!We were complete pool novices however, Renee was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with, and Justin was always so accommodating and patient answering all our pool questions. Having a hands-on owner, just shows how much they both genuinely care about their customers.The whole project ran so smoothly, and we love our little outdoor oasis. We are also very happy with the in floor cleaning system. We were a little skeptical at first but can honestly say that our pool maintenance is minimal. We would totally recommend Local Pools to any potential customers, and are so thankful for all their hard work and outstanding service.
