Should be a good hardware store but they have hopeless hours and most of the staff seem to see customers as an inconvenience.

I have always found the staff here very helpful, but they have exceeded my expectations during the lockdowns, having click and collect orders ready within an hour when Bunnings can take up to 4 days.

The ONLY thing these 'local' hardware places have over Bunnings is offering a high level of service and friendliness. Unfortunately this is not a good example. Staff frequently in small groups discussing whats on for the weekend or in house issues totally ignoring customers.

I get that its hard as normal processes change during COVID.I ordered via the Home timber and hardware website only to be told... that's not our website!Also told don't order online just call in to see if we have it in stock after ordering on the website and it says in stock. Just seems all a bit 80s.Staff seem a bit flustered and like we shouldn't be ordering.Better of waiting or going elsewhere. Wouldn't go back.

No to this business.Unbelievable rude and disrespectful local store I ever saw in my entire life.I prefer to drive extra hour to get what I need as home maker.If you don't like your job then it's better to leave and don't show your unhappy face to any costumer.I will never suggest this store to anyone.

Been a local tradie for over 40 years. Believe this store has been taken over by a Sorrento hardware store. Nothing but a bunch of rude blokes. Shame to see a good business going downhill after all these years of great service!! Won’t be back, would rather spend my money somewhere else with good customer service.
