We purchased a teak outdoor table and have been very happy with the quality of it compared to previous tables and the care advice given was very helpful. Was so happy with the service we have since purchased a new set of outdoor chairs to suit and a hanging chair too. Great product range and happy with the prices. Haven't received the furniture yet as its only just been ordered. However, I will say this. We had a two hour round trip to get to Outdoor Elegance in Braeside and I have been looking for furniture for ages online and in stores. The quality and prices we saw at this store I couldn't beat anywhere else. We went in for a dining setting and came out with the dining setting, an outdoor lounge and two sun beds. More importantly, the service. These guys were polite, friendly, allowed us to wander, were available as soon as we had any questions and couldn't have been more helpful. Never once did I feel rushed or would I have felt uncomfortable if I hadn't decided to purchase anything. They were a pleasure to deal with. Now - can't wait to see my furniture in place. :)The trip was well worth it. Looks like I might be out there again as next time my sister is in Melbourne she wants to head out there too.UPDATEFurniture arrived today. It was installed and all the cardboard, plastic etc., taken away. Even cut plastic tags off.I am thrilled with the furniture, the quality is awesome. Could not be happier.Throughout the time from order to delivery, the communication from Outdoor Elegance Braeside has been exceptional. The staff are fantastic.Service: Well, haven't seen anything like it in years. There was some confusion about the size of an outdoor lounge that we ordered- they replaced it within the hour and gave us a refund on the difference. Outdoor Elegance are a quality company who provide quality furniture and outstanding customer service. I purchased an outdoor setting from them. Unfortunately, there was an imperfection in the tabletop however Outdoor Elegance were so helpful and replaced the tabletop immediately. They also provide an outstanding delivery service with fantastic drivers. I would not hesitate recommending them and purchasing from them again. Highly recommend!!
