Recently tried purchasing a house through this agent Farha. Was asked to put an offer in and then received no follow up communication for 24 hours until I followed it up with the agent. Was told that the offer was a lot higher than mine but was given no chance to negotiate or even asked if I could go higher. Gave a higher offer to the agent and have been ignored. Poor communication. Terrible service from a purchasers point of view

Excellent and Professional service. I have been with Raine & Horne Ingleburn for two years now. Senior property manager Mrs. Leah and her team members are doing excellent and professional jobs. When we encounter bad tenants, they tried their best to help us recover our rental lost and fix the damages, then quickly find the good tenants. I really appreciate their help and their attitude: Put customers' interests first.

Worst real estate agent ever managing rental or sales properties. I have never ever needed to chase an agent to try to sale or rent a place. Farah Dibah was rude and not contactable. There was a mobile number given to contact the agents, she never pick the phone, unresponsive and unprofessional property manager. I had to keep calling the Farah dibah mobile number but every time I just got to speak to the receptionist. Open inspection was such a rush. I don’t even know whether they actually care if their house are leasing out. I wouldn’t recommended this real estate agent to landlords or tenants.
