I was disappointment with the process, we change lawyers half way through without consultation. The solicitor fumbled with the phone as she did not know how to do a conference call, indicating she was unfamiliar with the process. Looking back it seemed neither solicitor had experience in our area of need (mediation) but did not make this clear to us. Instead, we were some kind of practice case for them. They bluffed their way through treating it like a court case when it was suppose to be mediation. I feel we were poorly represented and they happily took our money though our needs and outcomes were not considered. I also do not believe they even fully believed our story and empathised more with the other side.
