Nargis Gourmet Food Indian & kebab

I bought 2 garlic nann this afternoon when I got home this is the result. Absolutely disappointing.

Dirty floors , warm drinks,not enough sauce , too much meat asked for mixed gave me just beef and not enough chips and no sauce worst najis!!!

Very disappointed in owners disturbing behaviour.. extremely unfriendly on many occasions.. very uncomfortable and scary experience... NEVER WILL I RETURN . NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND.. owner impossible to communicate with on feedback.. even when feedback given calmy and respectfully..A VISUAL COMPARISON IS"THE CITCOM SINFELD" --"NO SOUP FOR YOU"Disregarding attitude. abruptness unfriendliness. When ordering. . he was DISMISSIVE and INSULTING. He was defensive aggressive extremely intimidating and had threatening responses.. does not communicate well especially with woman.. his attitude was obvious and apparent that he seems to hold woman in low regard with complete disregard and disrespect and dismissiveness of any interaction.. which i found completely absurb in the day and age.... i was very taken back by this terrible experience...he lent towards me over the counter yelling. intimidating me with my child next to me...very scary experience...all 4 stores on the coast are owned by the same man... so he is apparently thinks he is to important or believes he is of a higher class to the average local person to speak to female customers that have concerns with his food and service.. Just stands in the background and folds his arms and stares with a very dominating bad vibe.... very unprofessional for such a public based industry . Yes it's not easy dealing with the public. But when a client greats you friendly with hi.. how are you... hello.. and is a regular customer over the past 5 years.... they never reply.. no eye contact . No interaction.. at all.. ever.. very uncomfortable experience . No hello . No goodbye Nothing they don't even look at you....bad experience over the last 6 months.. as a long term customer .such a pitty as a regular customer and they have nice food.. and the high percentage of bad reviews are due to such rude and aggrigant service. And owner has no concern or interest in his customers feedback and becomes defensive and aggressive if a client has a concern.

Customer service is an absolute disaster. It's like we are not paying for the food.The price I can't believe is so expensive, it's a take away and not a proper restaurant.The quality of food and taste is a disaster.If anyone wants to try Indian food and go to this place, they will never try Indian again.

Thought I’d give them another go. Customer service was appalling. Literally rolled his eyes when I ordered a kebab. Barely spoke. I even said “if it’s not too much trouble “. He took it seriously and said “yeah ok”. Begrudgingly of course. Worst, greasiest kebab. Never again.

I only ever buy hot chips for kids there, for after school treats.It is always clean, with prompt and very polite service.More often than not chips are cooked on the spot fresh.

Went to the Wadalba outlet. They had a few extra choices. I enjoyed the food, the service was a little slow. Lakehaven have fresh made Naan bread, which is delicious.

Ordered 4 butter nan.All 4 was over cooked and totally burnt.How can they pack this and sell these low quality food.Never ever go to this place.

I eat slot of spicy food and indian food, I got beef vindaloo twice from here and both times it gave me stomach pains and diarrhoea. Not good quality, seems like it had been sitting there for a while.

Can’t give a great review. All the nans we purchased were burnt. Food was not like it use to be.
