This is the worst carpet cleaning service I have ever encountered. I got a quote then the cleaner arrived and said for super thorough clean an additional $50, so I agreed to that no issue, hoping for an even better result. The stains barely were scrubbed. The result was below satisfactory. I asked for a review and a re-clean. I have a small 2 x bed appartment. They refused, didn’t offer or give any compensation and handled the matter very poorly. There are lots of carpet cleaning services out there. Steer clear from this one and save your time and effort!
