I had an awesome experience at the Armadale Essential Beauty, the staff were all so helpful and lovely! Especially Josh, who walked me through their skincare products and took the time to answer my questions regarding skincare. I would definitely recommend using their services, and I will be back :)

I think it was Ruby who looked after me(she had black hair, septum piercing and ear piercing) was amazing! She was so busy looking after everyone and was so polite to me. She told me what was going to happen and very informative! Would go back to see her again!

After looking around and seeing other reviews, I decided to come down and get a facial waxing done by Josh. The overall experience was good but sadly due to my how bulbous my hair is, we weren't able to achieve an excellent result.Josh offered alternatives and will definitely be coming back to this branch for other services and as others have said, Josh is an amazing staff member and all the staff here are very friendly. Recommend to anyone that is wanting to get a service here that they'll definitely treat you well :)

Booked appointment for body piercing, filled out form, waited 30min beyond my booking time. Then to be told photo id required for everyone, which I didn’t have card on me but had a copy on my phone. Would have been nice to know this at time of booking and or on arrival. Thanks for wasting my time
