So impressed with their machinery dont even look anywhere else !!!Just replaced a International Bakery Equipment planetary mixer that we have had since 2008 with the current model ( machine was plated 2004 we inherited it )This piece of equipment was the single most reliable indestructible piece of equipment in our very busy restaurant kitchen , we make our own bread daily 6 days a week and all our pasty as well, it has seen at least 10 apprentices finish there apprenticeship with us and even they couldn't break it .So when it finally started playing up ( it still lasted 3 months over the Christmas period ) we went straight back to All About Bakery Equipment .Service was fantastic spoke to the shop floor about a repair or replace decided on a replace and they traded the old one so they could refurbish and sell as second hand equipment ( always a good sign when they believe in their own product buy buying it back ) they delivered and took the old one away . I have no idea if they are the cheapest but I know they are the best .Experience has taught me that chasing price on mixers is a race to the bottom and constant headaches .ps Head Chef and I joke we wish they made cars .Manny 1889 Enoteca
