From the start of the moving process from quote to removal Conroys have been excellent to deal with. We moved in September from Mandurah to closer to Perth with Conroys and found them to be very professional right from the start.The guys that moved us, Shane and Kevin, where very polite and professional in their approach and we had lots of laughs throughout the day. Their packing and removal of our items from the apartment to our new home was just the best as they paid lots of attention to moving very carefully around the house, walls stairs and doors to avoid any possible damages and used the correct trolleys to move these items. They sure knew what they were doing. Our move took 6 hours but was worth every dollar spent. Thanks Conroys. You will not regret using them for any move !

An abridged email I sent to the owner of Conroy Removals:Dear RaymondI would like to express my sincere thanks to your staff, through you.Your services became known to me through a FB site “Hoki Mai” of which I am a member. I have been thinking about shipping my son’s memorabilia back to him in Wellington from Perth. He moved back February 2018 and I have been storing them for him thinking it was too expensive to ship. I posted a message on FB and received two recommendations - one of them was Conroy Removals.I contacted your competitor on Monday, but there was a $1,000 difference between their quote and Conroy’s. It’s fair to say, they were going to build a crate for my items which was superfluous to me. Anyhow I contacted your company yesterday and your quote was attractive so I continued. I was dealing with Janelle late yesterday afternoon. Right from the beginning, she was excellent. She provided a number of options, and gave information we discussed at length. I felt confident I had the correct information and booked the job this morning asking for an urgent pickup. Your Perth crew arrived at 9.30 this morning.Ashley and Rob arrived, and they were terrific. Their efficiency, skill, knowledge, and professionalism were second to none! What stood out though, was their friendliness, passion and joy for their work. They were proud to work for your company and praised the work culture at Conroy’s. Multiple issue have arisen with Conroys. Poor communication, missing items and insurance claims rejected. PLEASE DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.Initially poor communication on my move from Brisbane to Perth. Everything was blamed on lock down, however by the time either city was in a lock down, the items should have been shipped in their 14 days estimate. Regardless, that was the least of their incompetence.When my boxes arrived, one of the boxes had a massive whole in the side of it with items missing. A bike trainer, which was specifically told not to be placed into a box, was placed in a box with other items, was in facted packed in there. Its a heavy item and therefore ripped the box and half the other contents fell out.I paid for insurance, submitted a claim which has been rejected because the box was delivered, never mind the fact that the items inside the box where not.Absolutely disgusting servicePlease do not use them! I have moved every year for the last 6 years as part of my job. This is the worst company I have encountered. There's plenty to choose from and why risk items not arriving

We shipped a sea container from Canada to Perth. Orbit International was the Canadian shipper; Conroy Removals took care of this end.Received updates when the shipment would arrive in port, when it cleared customs, quarantine and then got a call to schedule delivery.They said they would be here 7:30am, and so they were.The crew unpacked a sea container in 4 hours and put furniture in every room, helped assemble, took away rubbish, and were friendly, polite and funny.I’ll be hiring Conroy again for my next move.

I'm so impressed with Conroys. Shipped from Oz to NZ a small amount of gear in a shared container. They kept me informed every step in the moving process. All goods arrived intact, including expensive wine glasses. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Conroy Removals.

From first point of contact to the final delivery and unpacking, Conroy Removals were not only professional and helpful but competitive in their pricing. The packers were polite, friendly and helpful and reduced the stress of moving considerable with their easy going attitude. The delivery was on time (pretty early in the morning considering a 3 hour drive to my new destination). The can-do attitude of the delivery team was heartwarming and I would like to express my sincere thanks to the whole team for packing and delivering my furniture without a single item broken. Worst removal company I have used. Lost part of my shipment. Let the truck delivery guy let me know. When I made urgent inquiries into where my lost belongings were, was informed that it was just gone and they did not know what else to do. A bit of Russian roulette if you use this company. Don't use them for anything valuable,sentimental, or breakable.

I have relocated for work 6 times in my professional career. Conroy Removals are THE WORST RELOCATION BUSINESS I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their only redeeming quality are their sales staff, and if they manage to fool you into trusting them, this is what you can look forward to:THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR GOODS – through blatant negligence they significantly damaged over half of our furniture.THEY WILL MAKE THEIR PROBLEMS YOUR PROBLEMS – Despite paying over $1,700 in insurance, making a claim is incredibly painful. They will take weeks to get back to you and complain that ‘they are busy in New Zealand’THEY DO THEIR BEST TO SCREW YOU ON INSURANCE CLAIMS – The total damage is almost $4,000 to repair. They offered a cash payment of $1,500 (less than what we paid in insurance!). We are sick of this so said we will settle for $2,500. They are now offering $2,000.It is well over a month since Conroy Removals delivered our badly damaged furniture and we are still yet to resolve the issue. No apology, just excuses and thinly veiled attempts to screw us.

Disgusting service. They have ruined two queensize bed frames, left dirty greasy oily mould stains on a suede sofa, scraped, scratched, dented and left water stains on a bookcase, water stains and mould on another sofa, bent and broke all four wheels off a kitchen trolley, dented the microwave so the door doesn't shut properly....but those are just things, they can be replaced (we only had home insurance) what I am most heartbroken about is a whole large box full of books and my daughters mementos that cannot be replaced has just disappeared!!! No help, no answers from Conroys, just said they'll ask the guys who moved stuff. Thanks for nothing Conroy's. NEVER AGAIN. IF YOU VALUE YOUR FURNITURE USE SOMEONE ELSE. What a joke!
