Bought a Parsun motor a couple of months ago, have had no issues with it so far. Stopped by the shop to buy some nav lights, mentioned that I'd bought the motor a while back and was immediately accused of writing a bad review recently (which I haven't, the motor has been ok). I was then asked to leave the premises in quite an aggressive manner, marched to the front door and , most concerningly, was told if I had any warranty issues they wouldn't be honoured. A very unpleasant experience.It didn't have to be this hard, just wanted to buy some nav lights

I'm extremely happy with the service, experience and price I received from Island Inflatables. I dealt with Garry who is the owner and designer of Island Inflatable boats. Alot of detail & thought has gone into hes boats. He's also got a back ground in outboard mechanics so I got great advice on which outboard to pair up with with the model inflatable boat I was looking at. I walked in not knowing what i should be looking at. I was able to see every model island inflatable boat on display plus the outboards to go with it. After 1/2hr of chatting i felt like i had the right inflatable boat and motor to go with it. If you buy a boat and motor together they have incredible package deal prices. I got a boat plus outboard for $2300- Before going to Island i found other brand boats cost more then $2300 and that was just for the boat. No motor. I couldn't recommend anyone else to speak to other then Garry. Thanks for your time help and patience with me. I'm 1 happy customer

We come to check out a Parsun outboard motor as our Tohatsu kick the bucket. We hadn't hear of parsun before but supposedly they have been around for 20+ years but we aren't big boat heads. Upon inspection we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and range. They had most models on display at island inflatables showroom which made choosing the right motor easy. Garry told us he is an outboard mechanic by trade. He said hes been to the Parsun factory several times to see how the motors are made. So he definitely knew what he was talking about. He wasn't pushy at all. Just gave us the advice we were asking for.I'm so happy we got the Parsun it runs really smoothly, easy to use and start. Does the job.I cant recommend Island Inflatables enough. Go here if you need a good outboard at a great price

We have purchase from this company before and they looked after us. So we came back when we wanted to buy an inflatable boat. Island have a great reputation and Garry is the designer of these boats so he know every aspect of them.We ended up buying a parsun outboard motor as they offer boat and motor package deals at exceptional prices. We weren't going to go with the parsun but we couldn't pass up the offer. As the yahama was double the price but they are pretty much the same motor. I'm glad we got the Parsun as we haven't had any issues with it. It starts and runs perfectly every time. We found servicing was much cheaper as well because the parsun parts were 20% the cost of the last yamaha outboard we had serviced.Price knowledge and having everything we need in 1 place Island Inflatables is the place to go.

Bought a tube from Garry at Island Inflatables we had some issues with the tube Phoned the company and we forwarded photos of issue We have been sent a replacement tube within a few days what wonderful customer service would recommend their company highly

Bought a 9.8hp parsun as a cheap tender motor years ago and was surprised how easily it started on the first break-in and how well it ran. Like other good four strokes, its super quiet and produces next to no emissions. The fuel efficiency on these is insane! I'd put them up there with a newer Yamaha in terms of mileage.Around last year we bought a 20hp model and the power we got from it did not leave us wanting. Easily hopped from island to island in a 3.8m tinny around Port Lincoln to Taylors Island over 35km and always made it back safely in time for lunch. The engine flush hose on the 20hp was handy for night operations as well. These outboards start on the first or second pull even without EFI and being sat in the shed for a whole week and we absolutely recommend them to anyone!The only issue we ever found with a Parsun was that running the fuel out of the engine after disconnecting the fuel line took a long while because they are just that efficient!

I recently had the need to purchase a new Outboard Motor and Solid Hull Inflatable for a family member. In the past I had fantastic service and quality products from this company and given their previous service and backup warranty I had no qualms in approaching Island Marine. Garry gave me a terrific price.My personal boat and motor I purchased from them some 7-years ago is still going very strong. I have followed all their instructions relating to the service and maintenance and have had absolutely no issues and am so happy with it that i have referred many of our friends to them
