Scope of works: Demolition of small section of house, new extension, installed all new kitchen and laundry room, flooring and painting.From start to finish Gavin was up front, honest, available and just an all-round good person. He answered all my questions and listened to any concerns I had. His team, and 3rd party recommended vendors eg. Planner/draftsman, were always professional and personable which was very much appreciated as I lived in my house throughout the work. They worked extremely hard throughout the time, even with weather challenges such as high heat or torrential rain causing my backyard to become a mud field.While with all works there can be complications or issues that could affect the final product Gavin always ensured thorough understanding between he and myself to make sure the outcome was per my expectations.
