Atelier

I signed on with Atelier to develop a new product, paid the formulation fee's and we began the process. 3 weeks out from being delivered the first sample I was told the formulation fee would now be near on 6 times the price if I wanted to continue (even though we'd already paid and begun work). They offered a refund of my money, which they paid back in full within 7 days. They also agreed to provide the work to date, after multiple follow ups, this information still hasn't been provided. I asked to be directly looped in with the chemist, which they declined. I also asked if they'd sourced alternative quotes, which they said they had and couldn't find a cheaper alternative. On my own I've been able to find 3 much cheaper quotes from very reputable chemists in a matter of weeks.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Atelier, particularly with their customer service department. I reached out for assistance using their help comment feature with Nick, and I must say that the overall experience was extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory.To make matters worse, the most recent comment I made has remained unanswered for an unreasonably long time. It has been two working days since I posted my query, and I have yet to receive any response from Atelier's support team. This level of unresponsiveness is simply unacceptable, especially when customers rely on timely assistance.Moreover, I attempted to contact Atelier via email as an alternative means of communication. However, my experience with their email support was equally disappointing. Despite sending multiple messages, I never received a single reply. It is extremely frustrating to be left in the dark with no resolution or even acknowledgment of my concerns.As a customer, I value prompt and effective customer service, but unfortunately, Atelier has failed to meet even the most basic expectations in this regard. The lack of timely responses and the absence of any helpful assistance have left me feeling ignored and abandoned.
