Staff so friendly and extremely clean shop. Very impressed overall. Even the Store Manager gets on the floor and on the checkouts to say hi to the customers.

We came to store at 8pm and all lanes were closed after we finished shopping, we wenf to self serve main lane, only one lane was open, 6 trolleys were waiting and one lane open, we asked staff to open another and other customers asked too, they said sorry we are closed, after 25 minutes of wait, they opened another lane, all customers were annoyed, this is 2nd time it happened,what a s**t service it is! Need to get well managed at night time

Disgraceful! I walked there rugged up for the cold weather. I was over heating whilst shopping so I romoved my jacket. As I approached the meat department alarms kept sounding when I walked away they stopped but I was watched and followed until I commented to one of them..

Low stock. Empty shelves. Common event. Not good enough. Have installed new large self serve lanes so less attended registers. Nothing has changed.
