i got in contact with the company to do a regular fortnightly clean at my house, i asked to meet the cleaner before them coming for a clean, i was expecting her to go through what would be cleaned etc however it was more of me giving her a tour and her just saying yep the whole time. once the cleans started i noticed that the basic things included were not being done. i had two puppies at the time toilet training so we had mats on the floor, only to be advised that the mats where never picked up to be cleaned under which is fine however they did not explain this to me it was only when i noticed the floor wasnt that clean. i then had to ask if they picked them up which they replied no. if i had known this earlier i would of picked them up or put less down on the days they came. i also noticed that small bench tops were not being dusted, i asked why and was told it was to high, a small step ladder would of reached perfectly fine. later on i notice that under my tv cabinets were not being hoovered, i again thought this would be a given and not something i needed to request. i was also charged for an additional clean of the door windows and rail tracks which was not completed. when i queried it they apologies for the additional money on the invoice when the clean wasn't done. they are happy to charge me for something they didnt even confirm was completed.to go on i notice that the two back rooms we had were not being cleaned only to find out they have an open door policy and will not clean any rooms with doors that are closed. this was never mentioned to me until i asked, yet they still charged me for a 3 bedroom house clean when only one bedroom was being done. i was told they only had a 12pm time slot, to later find out they were coming earlier which i stated was fine and worked better for us as my partner worked shift work. they then decided to say they could no longer complete my cleans. i ask why and got no reply. i was paying for a servers that was average and when i had questions about the clean they rather fire me and complete the clean properly.definitely would not recommend.
