I was fortunate enough to take our Kia Rondo for its 4 year service. What a fantastic experience. Booking was seamless- they followed up to confirm a couple of matters. Arrived - checked my details and I was gone in 2 minutes. Rang later in the day to advise on a couple of extra matters and I said go ahead. Turned up for collection and my car was ready - it had been washed and deodorised and tyres blackened. Wonderful service compared to my previous Kia dealer. Handy to station as well. A car service with service!

Very good and efficient service department. Brought my car in for a issue i noticed. Car inspected, parts ordered and warranty work carried out in a timely manner. This is customer oriented service department that is hard to find elsewhere.

My first service here since moving to this area. A slow start booking as no one was answering the phone nor called me back... however, still giving a 5 star review as the service was excellent. Was greeted promptly, my questions answered, a short wait for the courtesy bus dropping me virtually at the door. Having mobility issues this was much appreciated.In fact the driver made a small detour to collect me as soon as my car was ready instead of by return trip. My car was washed, not unusual, but washed really well - no streaks - and vacuumed, including lifting items off the back floor to vacuum thoroughly. Very unusual. I was processed very promptly and with friendly service. Naomi brought my car to me to save the walk, very nice. Excellent service all round. Very happy customer!

I had a really pleasant experience dealing with the team at Kia Pennant Hills, especially with Chris. I was in a predicament where I had been involved in an accident and lost my car so I needed a new car asap. Chris was aware of my situation was very quick to help me get the exact car I wanted. He was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with!

I ordered a 2022 KIA Cerato GT from Vince C. Despite the 8 months wait which was out of the dealers control, he was super friendly, helpful, pro-active, very informative and honest about the situation.He was the only salesman out of 4 other dealerships at the time that would actually do a deal for me. He dealt with my impatience so well even when I was a little unreasonable at times. His colleague Tony was also a champion. I highly recommend this dealership overall if you want a pleasant experience.
