Just got an invoice for 62kg from Perth to Lilydale VIC for $92++ with an additional $58++ charge for a tail-lift. This is disgraceful and probably Unconsionable Conduct in the eyes of the law.

My item was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but it keeps going to depot and getting scanned and so far has been repeated 3x. I have called the company several times but no one answer the phone. Worse delivery company

Didnt show up to deliver my package on the first day they said they would deliver it. On the second day they said they would deliver it, the package did not arrive when they said it would. It arrived hours later. Not so good when I had to take two days off work to wait for the package. But I eventually got my goods delivered in one piece so they get three stars. And the lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful.

Just had a very professional and positive experience with your custom service Deeva (or Eva, apologies it was a bit noisy where I was at the time). They managed to help me organise a redirect to a new address for a parcel being collected today.As I had not done this before, they were very helpful in answering my many questions and long delays while I looked for information. I would give zero stars, but that is not an option. Only one contact number provided, which no one seems to ever answer ... 3 calls to them this morning, finally got through to speak to someone after hanging on for 18m 44 seconds.The reason they could not deliver my parcel first time round was an incomplete address. I provided them with a new delivery address and the delivery is now rescheduled. Be warned, when you enter your tracking number online you can't actually see the first line of your delivery address.Thier delivery drivers probably cant see your full address either!

It takes a bit to impress me, especially when it comes to service these days. Having said that the service I received from Direct Freight Express was outstanding! Even the delivery driver was very friendly and professional. Freight from NSW to WA. 17th March pick up, delivered to Glen Forrest WA on 21st March. This was a very large and fragile package delivered very quickly and with NIL damage to contents. Great Work Direct Freight Express and Thank You.

Terrible liars!Was taking parcel on their near useless website and saw an update that it would be delivered in about 2 hours. I work online from home and have multiple cameras that can see down the street, my driveway and a doorbell camera. Each camera takes a snapshot every 5 minutes I had up on one of my screens the camera image that captures my street and driveway.A little while later the tracking info is updated to show Not Delivrred - Card Left"I reviewed all the camera footage
