Classic Boat Supplies

I ordered rudder hardware from Classic Boat Supplies but never received the parts aft more than 4 months. The company does not respond to my email queries and does not answer my phone calls. I have asked for my money (more than $400 AUD) with little hope of ever getting it back. Obviously, I cannot recommend this company at all.

I was delighted to find that Classic Boat Supplies could provide Foresti & Suardi navigation lights to me here in the U.S. Ordering on-line was straight forward, quick, and cost effective. I received the package in less than a week and I am extremely happy with the level of service and product provided. I won't hesitate to order from my new friends down-under in the future.

Placed an order for items through this seller. Then added some more items to the order. That was the last I heard from them. He ignored my calls...i then rang from my wife's mobile and he answered and was very nervous saying he would ship the goods that day. Nothing happened and heard nothing further after repeated calls. Opened a Pay Pal case to retrieve my money. Also reported to Consumer Affairs. If i paid by normal credit card, I would kiss my money goodbye. Don't go near this crowd.

Terrible communication, I placed an order for some fittings and heard nothing regarding their dispatch. After a week I asked for an update and had no response, after another week I followed up again and was told they were coming directly from their supplier and that I would get a tracking link, which I never got. A month after placing the order I still had no response from CBS and had to get in touch with their supplier directly to find out what was going on. At this stage I requested to cancel the order as their supplier confirmed it still hadn't been dispatched. I sent several emails and had to open a PayPal case in order to get my money back, all of which CBS were completely unresponsive to. All in all it took just over 5 weeks for me to get my money back. I wouldn't risk buying from them again.

Terrific service and excellent quality of product. I ordered some hemp rope to make non-toxic dog chews and was very impressed with the speed in which my order was received and the flexibility that is offered in terms of type of rope available and length that can be purchased. Very happy furry customer.

Found site by accident on a Google search. Best ever service. I ordered at 0830 and it was shipped at 1045 and over the XMAS holiday period.. Prices and postage were very competitive.. Will definitely use again. :-)

Online Buyers beware: Problematic lack of communication and several months delay in my shipment.Has yet to arrive actually and cant get a reply. They may have a decent brick and mortar shop (i wouldnt know) but they prob should not have an online outlet bc there is no support.

I ordered the two part epoxy one day and it arrived in Albury the very next day. This was great and very much appreciated. It performs as advertised and it is now an essential part of my woodworking techniques. A very good supplier.

Recently ordered some Silicon Bronze fastenings, wood screws, machine screws, rooves etc. The order was dispatched the next day, the express post arrived promptly in regional WA. I was pleasantly surprised to see all items individually packed in labelled plastic jars. An excellent on line service experience.
