This Post is Dated On the 10.2.2023..MEGA FAIL, Do Not Engage This Company, Thier Unprofessional And Completely Inexperienced & have No Idea What their Doing!!, Except for Efficiently CHARGING For Non Supplied Services,,Their Streched to Over Capacity by Taking On At Least 45% of Clients that They Can't Provide Any Services to Assist, & At Last Report Ive Officially" been Told They Are Taking On Masses of NEW Clients. I Myself As a Client & a Reciepiant of The NDIS I Personally WARN You to BEWARE!! Of Ever Employing This Company to Provide You ANY Assistance Nor HELP

I am a service provide who's client is managed from Taylormadeoutcomes. Unfortunately, they do not look after the invoices efficiently as I have been chasing an invoice from December. After several phone calls and emails that have not been responded to from Leisa, I am still awaiting the payment. This is unprofessional and I have advised my clients to stay clear of them due to poor time frames and lack of professionalism in delivering invoices.Thanks for your response. However, my concern was specifically due to the lack of communication your team has provided. I should not be the one constantly chasing the updates. If it wasn't for my constant calls and emails, contacting the support coordinator for advice wouldn't not have happened and caused further delay.Just improve your communication and efficiency.Thanks,

If you are looking for an NDIS provider who truly puts the client first, look no further than these guys.We are a fellow NDIS provider who have several clients using a range of Taylor Made’s fabulous services, including their Support Coordination, Plan Management, Recovery Coaching and Social Work services.From our experience, many participants within the disability community report that they struggle to feel heard at times. NDIS plans can be very overwhelming to navigate and supports can be difficult to organise.Taylor Made simplify this process for their clients completely and always appear to be able to make time for their participants, providing education along the way & leaving no stone unturned.It is wonderful to work alongside another provider who has such a ‘client first’ approach, therefore achieving the ultimate goal of allowing people living with disabilities to have choice & control over their own lives. No matter who we, or our participants speak to from Taylor Made, the approach is always consistently excellent company-wide.Thank you for all that you do!

One of the worst experiences of SC I have ever had. SC had no clue what I actually needed or wanted in terms of my new plan, and then informed NDIS incorrectly due to not having sufficiently listened or communicated. Then I ask to be left alone as I am unwell and clearly state I will be back in contact when I am well. Nope, agreement terminated because I didn't get well soon enough to get back in touch and sign their new agreement.
