Duncans customer service was exceptional. He came 40minutes out of toowoomba to meet with us and quote a job the same day I contacted him. His years of experience showed immediately and he helped steer us to the perfect solution. We needed two automatic garage doors fitted to a decades old weatherboard garage. It was a tricky job due to the building not having the correct framing around the openings to support the new doors. He has advised us on the correct framing strategy without great added cost. His quote was clear and concise covering every step of the procedure. Supplying and fitting the doors including recommending an electrician to get power to the garage. He has contacted us regularly to give updates on delivery time and even told us they were a bit cheaper than he quoted and adjusted our quote. So impressed after some pretty shifty tradesman in past dealings. Highly recommend Duncan. I'm going to have a beer with Duncan.
