We've been with these guys for over 3 years, and always had fantastic service. However, since the tech support team has been moved to Sri Lanka, the ability for the team to resolve critical phone system errors has been removed, and now we are faced with having to find a new provider and port all our numbers over. Major hassle, however we can't receive calls, and the issue has been present now for almost 2 weeks, with no semblance of a resolution in sight. Patience has worn out.

If your business is after a seamless connection and service then broadband solutions unfortunately is not the answer.Had countless issues pre connection, router delivered without configuration, billed $10 a call for local calls, handset training is completed by a third party company and is very poor, phones didnt work properly, no AC chargers sent out, 3 account managers in the space of 2 months, overcharged, incorrectly executed contract paperwork.You get the picture. Walid was excellent however he has been let down by a company with poor customer service.I write this review in disappointment after providing the company many opportunities to rectify the issues raised.

Good service and fast internet connection. Fast response with enquiries. Really helps a lot with my WFH.

These guys are the worst. Our company was using them, but thankfully switched to a new provider.
