A quiet conversation with my granddaughter about how 8 people were behind the prescription counter but no one could neither serve us nor acknowledge that we were waiting was listened in on by a senior staff member who then proceeded to pipe up with “ we are busy today “ !! I did answer with … I know!! This was so badly done!! How about if you want to listen in on private conversations you at least answer with.. I’m sorry we will be with you shortly, or even better don’t.

Absolutely abysmal service. I brought in Sudo cream to get labelled for daycare for my baby, I waited about 10 minutes to be served initially. Then after finally getting a label on there I was sent to the front of the store where I had been charged for the Sudo cream that I brought in and would have to go back and speak to the original lady. I again waited around 10 minutes to be served by one of the ladies behind the counter who were talking about there weekend, before asking someone for help to which she replied that she was with someone. I walked out.

I used to use the store and didn’t go anywhere else until they kept changing the price on my prescriptions. I don’t know how many times they had to go back and change them. The last time was the end for me and I will never go back there.I just hope they are not charging others more then they should be.

Not happy with way my medicion beenPacked and not on time .Was not told it was going to be done off sight .And today only got one pack .Need to look at why system does not work .

Can never seem to find the scripts that they have on file. Someone in my family needed their anti depressant. The withdrawal symptoms made them really sick and it took THREE searches from the staff to find it, and it wasn't even hidden away. They just barely bothered to look. Make my family feel really judged and dehumanised to the point where my sister cried after being served.. Only good thing is some of the employees who are nice. Some.

This would have to be my favourite drug store, I’m always welcomed by such friendly employees, everyone there is so helpful and very happy to help me pick the best products for mine and my families needs. They have a great range of of vitamins as well and have a great range of more natural options in store too!!! Love the friendliness of all the staff there!
