Bells Dry Cleaners

Items not ready when supposed to be, only told they are elsewhere at another cleaners on day we went to pick up. The event the items were needed for came and went before they were ready. Other things were not correctly done, but was told sometimes they don’t bother and cut corners because it’s more efficient for them…..WOW that sounds so professional, I paid you to do the whole job so I wouldn’t have too! . I wanted to be nice about it, but they really didn’t care. So elsewhere next time if I need to.I think a 2 is fair. As customer service isn’t rude…….just when it comes to the quality and time management it just isn’t there.

If I can post 0 I would have. Paid $25 to dry clean a dress and got it back with stains. Very disappointing service. Not using them anymore.

Had a white shirt laundered and requested some makeup-stains to be removed.Stains were still there and the person working said that they tried everything, took it home did it myself with some cleaner and elbow grease and the stains came out just fine. Waste of time and money.Also they lost one of the shirts buttons.

Dropped a few garments off last week and received excellent service from the young girl working. Also clothes had come back in even better condition than before. Unfortunately there’s so 10 stars but here’s 5 :)

If I could give a zero stars I would. Had a nice white coat with no stains on them come back with stains. Not happy!

So terrible! They ruined shirts with paper clips. There are countless ways to avoid this.

I highly recommend Bell’s Belconnen. Prices are great, I always receive fantastic customer service and they did an amazing job of cleaning my wedding dress!! It’s the only place I trust with my dry cleaning.
