Sharon Fell made my 4.5year old daughters first experience at an optometrist a wonderful one. Even my 1.5year old was at ease seeing his sister at an 'eye doctor'. He had stamps and a colouring paper to occupy him while his sister was seen by Anita who was very skillful and knowledgeable.My young family and I will be visiting and using Paul Fell as our optometrist for future.

From start to finish, my service with Paul Fell Eyecare was nothing short of amazing. I was welcomed into the store with an eye health test and a vision test. Identifying what eye concerns I had was the easy part. The challenge I always face is finding the right set of glasses that suit me. The team graciously spent a considerable amount of time with me to make sure we had found the perfect pair. I am very grateful for the professional service I received and am one thankful customer. 5 stars great service i cane in and where greeted right away. Friendly staff good prices sorted me out in 15 minutes and gave me a case, wipes refillable lenses cleaner and a cloth wipe would recommend to anyone looking for an eye check up or glasses

Saw Anita optometrist today, she was really lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of education about the severity of my eyes and explained in detail what she’s doing with each test on my eye, and then explained to me what it showed.She then provided me treatment options which I’ve done just now which has relieved my eye symptoms a lot.Surprisingly an awesome experience- I left the clinic with ACTUAL closure of answers. She took her time with me and let me ask as many questions as I want. I didn’t feel rushed and she was not hasty. Will see Anita soon, thanks!

Can’t recommend Paul Fell Optometrist Forest Lake more highly! The service is absolutely second to none. I go to Mona to get my glasses tightened and she is beyond brilliant! Absolutely top service - hard to find such great service these days but the team absolutely bend over backwards to assist and give the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend!
