I'm a chef in the local Centenary suburbs and was running the kitchen at the Pepper Lounge, our hot water system broke Friday morning just before the busiest part of the week. We called Clem and informed him of the situation. He bought as a new water heater and replaced the old one all before lunch service. Efficient reliable and very affordable. I asked Clem to Help me with the broken solar hot water system which considered as a critical fix for any family. Plumbers who had the inspection before, advised there was something wrong with thermostat or element and a relatively easy fix or replacement required. Clem started the inspection from both switch boards advising they were bot safe switches and some work need to be done which was irrelevant to hot water system. After spending lots of time on both switch boards and before inspecting the hot water system, he said he couldn’t fix the system straight away cause he has to send a contract for that and I sign it off before he comes back and get that done the same day. Weird! Isn’t it? A quick fix which required a contract!!! Well, I still kept my faith to him as an electrician. He had the inspection and left to provide the contract and come back to fix it up. I was following him up for two days to get the job done and he just replied with irrelevant responses. Finally, after not having hot water for couple of days, got the job done by another electrician which was as easy as reseting the thermostat!!!!!! Unreliable and irresponsive is the best description.
