We do a big fortnightly Friday night shop after work.. when we went to check out.. they had only one trainee on assisted checkouts (from 8 available) one girl supervising self service area and one girl at service counter. The line out became long with people needing assistance with large trolly loads..Being Friday night you would think a large business would have sufficient staff to service their customers. We had to wait quite some time to check out. When asked if Manager available.. told Manager does not work at night and not available. A large business like this with only 3 young ladies to serve all their customers.. not good management...Felt sorry for girls working their with no assistance from management. Driving into town in future strong possibility..Aisles cluttered with stock in your way and staff yelling over you to talk to other staff.. and then being rude when going past you in aisles. Floors dirty and fithy environment. Pick up your management.
