The staff here good but under staffed during lunch hours The burger ordered is nothing like the picture on display board to find its just 2 thin strips of chicken with hole in the middle not covering the bun as in the photo I provided is a big let down the rest was OK

Service was very slow despite there being only 2 orders before ours; and to top it off, our order of 1 chicken and large chips took 25 minutes. Drive through were served before us despite coming in after us, all large orders, with a mixed menu. You would think that an order as simple as ours would be done relatively quickly. But no. Oh well. We will be giving this location a miss next time we are in the area.

Service was very slow. Had to park and wait more than 20 minutes for fried chicken. It does not make sense. A Fried Chicken Take Away with no fried chicken? Does that make you the manager of a salad bar?

Went through the Red Rooster web site to order chickens for a function. It took my payment and confirmed it had been ordered. On that day I had to call twice to see if this order was with the store and to make sure I could rely on it being delivered in time. They advised they did not have any record of my order, but said it should show up between 15-30 minutes before the event. I stressed how important it was as I had a lot of guests relying on this for lunch. The contact there said she would call me 15 minutes before it was due to be delivered just to confirm whether they had it in their system. She did not do this. I called for a 3rd time asking where it was. No one had any idea. In the end I had to send a guest to go and get the chicken and had to pay for the chicken a second time. A couple of days later their head office confirmed the order had been made 5 days prior to the event just as I had said. No apology, no reason given as to why I didn't get my chicken delivered. Very disappointing experience, caused great inconvenience and there was no going out of the way to help me when this had been ordered already. Unbelievably poor service, poor ordering system and very poor customer service.

Generally pretty happy with this store how ever tonight was a little slow. We waited for some time before we acknowledged and served. Food was warm not hot, limp chips which are never pleasant from a fast food store.Several tables needed cleaning which we have never come across in this store. Tonight a little bit let down.

Very disappointed with our two meal's tonight - Flava wrap and chips and Reds burger box. Chips were both over and under cooked, chicken on the wrap was cold and burger was dry. Went as a special treat while the kids were out. Won't be back again!!

The food here is really good, service is nice as they are really fast to help you and get your food to you, but I've seen better. They have great choices on their menu, definitely a great alternative to KFC if you ever get sick of it.

Best customer service I've ever had ANYWHERE. Chick at the drive thru had me and my boss laughing for ages, she was great, good food too. Thanks girls.
