Bad customer service (very pushy!) and dreadful & awful gift wrapping service. Don't waste your money here and go to the other L'occitane boutiques.

I really love the products from this store, but I always hate how the staff are so pushy. It would be helpful if they just let customers browse freely and if help is needed then assistance can be asked.

Really loved buying presents here! Great products and reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful but pushy. I had to change my mind a few times before buying my present. The staff kept suggesting products that were helpful but I did feel like I needed some deciding individually.

I'm glad I trusted my gut to come to this L'Occitane, instead of Westfields. Amadea was so helpful and friendly, giving me a large bag, so I could fit another purchase into it. Gave me generous samples, and took down my Birthday as part of my Passport to Provence membership, despite me being a member on this program for many years. Very happy with my purchases, even getting an extra item for only half price after making the qualifying spend. Such great service, I will send my feedback to head office. x

When checking out, staff were incredibly forceful in their attempts to upsell. Management need learn, upselling is not good for business.
