Have been getting my all hair and beauty treatments from this Salon. Always such professional, reliable and good quality service. I recently even got my makeup done from Rutu for an event and was fabulous.My goto Salon, always, considering i am very picky with my eyebrows!

Visited last week to get haircut.Place is nice and tidy. Staff is friendly and must say they know there craft.Pricing is reasonable and they took sufficient time to serve me and did not rush things.Parking could be a challenge as its situated on busy watten st . You can reach here by train as its walkable distance from werribee station.Give it a go if you are looking for change and tired of explaining trimmer no sizes to your barber.

I have always been happy with Rutu's services, she does an amazing job but really disappointed this time when I realised her mother Preeti has been charging me more than her price list.Firstly she said that prices have increased this is the latest price list and later on she says oh there is mistake in my new price list its not $25 it is $30 nowShe charges way beyond her price list and says that there is a mistake in her price list.Unprofessinal oversmart women.

Had the bad experience ever.We are the regular customers for them since there were operating in Werribee, then moved to Hoppers Crossing.First, was they increased the price for hair cut by $5 which was not informed, but I didn't really bother because I thought I might have missed noticing the price change. This was 2 weeks back.This time it was my guests who were visiting from New Zealand.As my wife and I decided to take them to get the hair color done to my niece. Over the phone, Preeti told that it will be $200 for it. We did agree and turned up to the shop.The price what she told, she increased by $50 and told that due to the length of hair it will be $50 extra straight. To which we thought not to go ahead because it was not something we agreed upon. Preeti started telling that we have to pay for the consultation fees etc.,My sister(who was visiting from NZ) was taken aback by the way she was trying to get the money from one or the other way.But, we still agreed to go ahead because we were happy to see my niece excited about the hair coloring experience( this was her first time).There were no one to assist her, so my sister and wife helped her during the process. This was something totally unprofessional.Throughout the time, she was telling about how long the hair are etc.,We were constantly telling that our budget is till $200 which was gone up to $250.To which she says, don't worry you can take $50 from my sister. This was completely unwanted suggestion she gave. And to our surprise, she charged $270 at the end at the EFTPOS. Wow!! She got help from the clients, raised the price 3 times and gave unwanted suggestions.I dont usually post bad reviews about any business, because I know we all work had to make our ends meet. But this experience we had was beyond worst. Especially when you have visitors from another country and you go and show them you have good businesses whom we deal with on a regular basis. But then, they experience this.They have lost 3 regular clients now. They may not care about losing us as their clients though.Thanks

I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by this salon.First and foremost, the stylists are not transparent when conducting transactions and hence, provide service without reviewing the costs with the customers. This is evident as they added extra costs for 'blow drying' hair at EAR LENGTH and for braiding and washing without consulting me.When receiving my haircut, I had payed upwards of $80 for a lackluster result with uneven bangs and sides. Whilst I understand that the haircut desired would not be same, it is distressing when stylists are unable to simply cut symmetrical bangs and sides. In my experience, this should be a STANDARD, especially for the haircut's price. More highly rated salons within the city, would provide EXPERT hairstylists with the same pricing.More so, I was charged extra due to the excessive length of time needed to cut my hair. It is substandard to charge extra for inexperience with a haircut, especially when the stylist herself acknowledged this, post cutting my hair and finalizing the costs. It would have been more efficient if she had disclosed her lack of knowledge rather then attempting to shoddily cut my hair for the money.In an overall review, I am both frustrated by the lack of quality and oversold costs of the service, and would recommend not approaching this salon as a new customer wanting something other than a trim.

My hair turned out great. They listen to their customers and offer a lot of services, will come back again

Despite of being late from appointed time, they were very accommodating and welcoming. Ritu is a talented makeup artist. She is quick to understand client's requirement and was kind to share some skin care tips. Highly recommended. I am going to use their services again.

I've been coming here to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded for a couple of years now. I've been happy with the results every time although there was one time where one of my eyebrows didn't look too good.I got them done again a few weeks ago and was very happy with the result! I'll be back for threading soon.This is my go to place for threading. Great price as well :)
