I brought an Audi 2018 Q5 from Mornington Audi. At the time it was great service and my needs were accommodated and I was told I had capped service prices. But recently I was quoted nearly $200 more for an already overpriced service. So now I’m wanting to trade my Q5 and was led to believe that Audi would give a higher trade price if I serviced with them and the car was well looked after. Well I’ve done both and Audi Mornington offered me a trade that was $10,000 LOWER than ordinary car yards! I was quite offended especially since this car sells for $20,000 -$25,000 more than their offer. I understand car dealers have to make money but that offer was a joke and a poor reflection on your business. I won’t be buying an Audi again and certainly won’t be recommending them.

I purchased a S3 from Zagame Automotive and received a 5-star customer service from Enzo & peter at Audi Approved Plus. Enzo was super friendly and professional; he patiently answered all my questions without being pushy at all. Very rare these days specially in car industry. From the very first call Enzo had my trust and I knew from the beginning that I was in good hands. I flew from Sydney to Melbourne to inspect the car, I was picked up from the airport and what a hospitality at the dealership! The car was delivered to Sydney without a single dent or scratch and surprisingly loaded with lots of gifts which was very generous of Enzo & Peter. Once again Enzo, thank you so much for all the effort. If I’m going to buy a car in the future it has to be another Audi and definitely from you mate. Cheers

Amazing showroom. The cars here are a sight to behold. The staff are very friendly and are experts in exotic cars. If you have ever dreamed of owning a supercar this is the place to be.

Fraudulent people. I had a three-year warranty when I purchased an Alfa Romeo demonstrator from Richmond Zagame. They refused to honour the warranty after two years. Avoid this mob. They swoon over you waiting for you to sign and once they have your money they ignore you and then wait for their next victim.

Paula and her team did a perfect repair job, hope you never need their service, but if you do, they are the best.
