Thanh helped me out very efficiently; my iPhone 12 was repaired within 20 minutes and at a reasonable cost too! Also good peace of mind knowing that screen replacement comes with a 6 month warranty :)

Great service. The screen protector that I bought from another store, nobody wanted to put in. But when I went to PTC, they did it. And also, I bought a back cover protector from PTC at a great price. Thank you Thanh and PTC.
