I have been dealing with the team at Thornton for over 3 years.The service has always been fantastic. It can be hard to find good customer service these days so it is always refreshing to find a company who hasn't forgotten what that is. They make my Job easy,wouldnt go anywhere else.

Grant was extremely rude and implied that I was lying about the manner in which a panel was damaged, despite the fact that it still had the taping on the end of the panel making it obvious it had never been used. We paid thousands of dollars on our fencing here and the inference that I was lying to get an $85 replacement was a bit much. Ladies beware! My husband returned a panel off the same August invoice last week (once again without the protective wrapping as you can’t tell a panel is damaged until you unwrap it) and received no inference of lying and a prompt replacement.

From order to supply it all went extremely smooth. Prompt reply to communications, I made some alterations and they were all too happy to accommodate. Product quality is high also, would definitely use their services and products again.

Very easy to deal with. I needed to make a change to an on-line order and it was done with zero fuss and made easy. I'm planning to purchase pool fenceing shortly and I'll be going to Oxworks for help.

Fantastic customer service, was able to advise which products I needed. Amazing pricing and in stock products and a week wait on part of my order (a minimum 4wk wait with another company within minutes and more then double the price).Would recommend this store to other buyers and will return for any needs in the future.
