I went to get a bandage for my friend who had been badly cut, and they wouldn't let me pay with card as the amount was too low. I had no coins.We ended up at a random shop and they actually bandaged it for her at no cost.

price gouging! doubled the price of vaccinations. Made me sit to be observed after my vaccination, didn't do anything! I am pregnant, about to faint and I had to beg them for water! beyond ridiculous custom service!

Posted a $800 package through these guys for them to give me some dodgy receipt that had no useful information on it. Called them up and they said that they throw out receipts older than a week and now i've got an $800 package lost somewhere thanks to them.All I can do now is tell anyone reading this is to avoid posting through these guys if you don't want your package.

Every time I go to Taylor’s it is a positive experience. Kelly, Yuki and team are honestly amazing- there’s nothing they cannot do! They are kind and caring and offer excellent advice. I have also received multiple Vaccines from here and they are so fast and effective at distributing the injection I have never felt it.I only go to this pharmacy now!

The price gouging here is atrocious and absolutely criminal, not to mention the sheer disregard of customer wellbeing and service. The clerk was rude and tempermental, do not purchase rapids from this pharmacy.

price gouging covid tests, purchased $55 worth which were expected to be available wednesday. tried to pick up tests today (thursday) and was yelled at by clerk and told the pharmacy didn’t even have them. selling overpriced covid tests that you don’t even have in stock is an illegitimate business strategy. don’t give your money to this business if you expect to actually receive what you pay for.

Price gouging - charging nearly double that of others for rapid antigen test kits. Going by other reviews they have a history of this. Opportunistic and disgusting business practices.

Our family recently all had Covid. Taylor’s were so helpful with delivering medications to us .Such a friendly family Pharmacy. We so appreciate their help.

The old lady is very rude and not professional with bad English. Never do the post there. It’s just wasting time and money. She didn’t tell me that they have no international parcel service and asked me to do a very expensive delivery. They also forced me to buy things from them.From beginning to the end you DIDN’T mention it was a pre paid parcel. That’s why I was so surprised you have paid for it already. As an ordinary customer, I am not sure about community post. I asked you and you said you didn’t know then without explanations you started to yell at me. I said very clear to you that I would pay you and I had the card all the time. I am sure your CCTV will be the evidence. I did pay you even though I had questions about the price. Was this how you respect your customers?Would you like to explain why did you tell me you have no international service AFTER letting me buy the mail box on Tuesday? You KNEW I was there for an international service from post. There was no need to write on the box but you still let me do it without saying anything useful.
